James has over a decade of experience working in Canada’s top restaurants and high-end bars, as well as internationally. He honed his in-depth knowledge of agave spirits and regional flavours while working at Quetzal, one of Toronto’s most authentic and established Mexican restaurants.

 

He has been awarded Top 30 Under 30 by the OHI and represented Canada in a globally recognized cocktail competition in London, UK.

 

James has also received certification as a Maestro Catador while in the agave fields in Tequila, Mexico
